Do I need special hardware?
No. racely.ai works with the tools you already have: AIM, Solo2, Garmin Catalyst, RaceChrono, GoPro, or even just your iPhone. Start with what you've got.
What if my video is from an iPhone?
That works. racely.ai can analyze onboard video alone and provide coaching on line, braking points, and consistency. Telemetry makes it better, but video-only sessions still get you actionable feedback.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Season Pass is month-to-month. Cancel anytime, and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
How does early access pricing work?
Early access users lock in these rates permanently. As we add features and expand, pricing may increase for new users—but your rate stays the same as long as you remain subscribed.
Can coaches upload for their drivers?
Yes. The Pro / Coach plan includes multi-driver workspace permissions, so you can upload sessions on behalf of your drivers and share debriefs directly with them.
What happens if I exceed my Track Day Pack sessions?
You can purchase another pack or upgrade to Season Pass at any time. Your unused sessions roll over if you upgrade within 7 days.
What happens after I use my 3 free uploads?
Ready to keep improving? You'll have the option to upgrade to a Track Day Pack or Season Pass to continue uploading sessions. Your free debriefs will always remain accessible in your account, so you can reference them anytime.
What's the difference between a full debrief and a preview debrief?
A full debrief includes all AI coaching notes, video sync, corner-by-corner analysis, and your complete lap breakdown. Preview debriefs (your 2nd and 3rd free uploads) give you lighter analysis—still useful insights, but focused on your top 2-3 areas to improve rather than the complete breakdown.
